Before enrollment each eligible employee will receive communication pieces at their home explaining the available benefits. Enrollment can now be done from the comfort of their home by calling our dedicated toll-free number and speaking with a friendly and helpful enrollment counselor during the open enrollment period. After enrollment all customer service needs can be addressed through the same toll-free number that will have links to each carrier’s service departments. Superintendents like it because employees are not interrupted at school.
