Welcome to National Educators Benefit Alliance, LLC (NEBA), a benefit enrollment program built specifically for the education market. For the past 28 years we have worked with school districts all over the southeast personally insuring thousands of school district employees.

NEBA is an alliance of major insurance companies that are leaders in their respective fields, therefore we can now combine all of the benefits that are important to your employees through one enrollment and billing process.

Before enrollment each eligible employee will receive communication pieces at their home explaining the available benefits. Enrollment can now be done from the comfort of their home by calling our dedicated toll-free number and speaking with a friendly and helpful enrollment counselor during the open enrollment period. 

After enrollment all customer service needs can be addressed through the same toll-free number that will have links to each carrier’s service departments.

Superintendents like it because employees are not interrupted at school. Teachers like it because they don’t have to talk to insurance people if they don’t want to, and Finance and Payroll like it because we make their jobs easier when they use our consolidated billing system.
